On November 1, 2021, the PREPARATION PHASE began, which was in charge during the next 4 months of finishing all aspects of the project.
Specifically, this phase has included four stages:
FINAL DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT
Project review: the project was finalizedor revised in order to adapt it to new opportunities or the resolution of the grant.
The project schedule was fully finalized.
LOGISTICS AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS
Signature of the final Agreements.
The working commissions were set up and the defined plans began to be developed.
Virtual coordination meetings where you can start or discuss Basics.
The economic control of the project and its monitoring were launched.
SELECTION AND TRAINING OF PARTICIPANTS
Coordination meetings to select participants.
Training sessions on:
Ecological practices during the project.
Accessible and inclusive methods for people with b.v: aniridia and albinism.
Educational methodologies in the school environment.
Digital and networking training.
INITIAL VISIBILITY
The graphic image of the project and the project website were created.
The first contacts with collaborating entities were established.
First activities to publicize the project (virtual and face-to-face) to multiplier agents.
